Located inside the tranquil TOPS’L Beach and Racquet Resort in Miramar Beach, and only minutes from beautiful Scenic 30A! This private, gated community, lets you experience the serenity of being secluded from the more populated areas of this beach destination, while still being conveniently located to nearby shopping, dining, and gulf-front attractions. Situated on 52 private acres, this full-service resort is bordered by the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and a gorgeous nature preserve. Guests who stay in this little piece of paradise are able to choose from relaxing at the beach, or spend time exploring all the surrounding areas have to offer.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Gulf Front corner unit, offers 2 Master Suites, both equipped with wall-to-wall windows for fabulous views of the gorgeous waters of the Emerald Coast! You can also enjoy the view of the sugar sand beaches from the large private gulf front patio, or a second private patio attached to the master suite! Either balcony would be the ideal spot for your morning coffee, or evening night cap! With windows everywhere you look in the condo, you can enjoy views of the coastline, while dining, relaxing in the family room, or from the comfort of one of the condos 2 king beds. Should you need additional sleeping arrangements, there is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the family room.
