Trams & train lines are on your doorstep.
The City, St Kilda, Brighton, the MCG, Rod Laver Arena, Flemington Race Course, Albert Park, Chapel Street and Chadstone are all within a 10-20 minute drive.

With leafy streets and great transport links, Armadale is an inner-city gem just a few minutes drive from neighbouring Chapel Street, Prahran Market and Toorak Road. This property is conveniently located walking distance from trains & tram stops, Malvern Central Shopping Centre and the shops, cafes & eateries of Glenferrie Road and surrounding streets. The best of High Street’s boutique shopping is also close by. This property is only a short drive (10-20 minutes) from some of Melbourne’s finest shopping, beaches, eateries and sporting fixtures making this the perfect peaceful retreat from which to base your explorations.

Malvern Railway Station is within easy walking distance (5 mins) and forms part of the Frankston line which offers direct links to the City.
Tram Route 64 (Melbourne University to East Brighton) can be caught at the end of the street and also services the City.

This home has been lovingly-designed for peaceful enjoyment and we hope you will embrace it as your home-away-from home.

For the enjoyment of all, please observe the following:
- This property is not suitable for young children.
- We have a strict no party policy as this is a residential area.
- A maximum of six people are allowed on the property: no extra guests are allowed to the house and noise levels are to be respectful at all times.
- There is to be no outdoor music or entertaining after 10pm. Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction.
- Onsite parking is limited to one car only. Additional on-street parking is very limited and subject to council regulations. Do not obstruct driveways or laneways.

Additionally:

Please leave the property as you found it: clean & put away dishes, turn off heating/air conditioning and empty the bins (wheelie bins are located at the front of the property).

In the event that damage is caused to the property and/or its contents by any member of your party, you will be liable for such damage and all costs associated with rectifying such damage shall be deducted from your credit card pre-authorisation.

An exceptional property!
The house is really fantastic. It is beautifully appointed, comfortably furnished, and really well located. The Malvern train station is a few-minute walk, and offers easy access to virtually anywhere in Melbourne. The surrounding neighborhood is filled with shopping and dining options. A great supermarket and enclosed mall (with garage parking) is a five-minute walk away. We couldn't have been more pleased with our two-week stay.
