Modern amenities in a Cozy historical building.  Contact less check-in! Eliminates the hassle of picking up a key. Keys can be duplicated. The unique code is provided to you only and erased after every stay.  I am here 24/7 to make your stay the most comfortable. You can count on me to be there for you  Oklahoma City’s cozy Midtown community is located just north of the central business district in downtown OKC. It features shopping, restaurants, bars, and many professional services. Midtown is known for its historic preservation, local and independent merchants, as well as diverse, welcoming neighbors.  Walking distance to lots of bars, restaurants, and museums.  Includes a queen-sized bed with a 5* Hotel quality mattress and linen and extra linen for the couch.  
Ample parking is available.  There is a strict no-smoking policy. Any smoking and that includes marijuana. We will impose an extra cleaning fee of $200, to professionally deodorize and clean all upholstery including bed, rugs, chairs, sofa.  
No extra guests besides those included in the reservation; unless prior request and written approval for extra visitor(s).  
Our apartment should never be used for commercial purposes without advance permission.  
No pet policy


Coin-op laundry in the basement.   Free use of one bike.   A stocked refrigerator and all cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money. Come and try.

Additional blankets will be provided to the guests on prior requests before the check-in date.
We will request a photo ID from all our guests. This is no different from if you went to a hotel. Our objective is to verify and also ensure that your Airbnb account is not compromised. In the past year, we have encountered four such cases. Thank you for your cooperation.
