White crusty stained bedding, yuck!

The bedding had white crusty stains like you might guess were a product of a man (rules prohibit a more straightforward description), the sheets were full of hair and dirt in both king sized beds, it was disgusting! We reported it the very first evening and Meredith Lodgings didn't even bring clean bedding until the last night of a four night stay! They refused to make anything right and offered 100 discount on a nearly 3,000 booking, absolutely insulting, we will never stay with this company again.

Sunriver Birthday Weekend

I thought this house was really nice. Loved looking out the window toward the canal. The kitchen was well stocked.Easy to watch TV with good programming. The house was very clean. Happy to have the 2 car garage with the cold weather. Bedrooms were great with comfortable beds.Family loved the house! Thank you for a great weekend.

Chandler Family Reunion

The house was beautifully maintained and a great setting. The deer roaming the property was a plus. This was a family reunion that happens every two years and and we had a good turnout. The house was just the best setting and we had everything we needed and more. We will definitely try to book it again for sure. Thank you.

Beautiful Property, Great Management

Overall property is really nice, but our AC wasn't working during the 4th of July holiday, and management sent maintenance to get it working during the holiday. It was so nice!

A Peaceful and Ideal Location for a Group

We had a lovely stay at the Riverhouse! It was so clean, spacious, and well equipped. We made many dinners there, ate over watching the canal, did bird watching, and more! So close to Sunriver and Bend for anything you might need. We’d definitely stay again!

Perfect

We had a family get together including a large dinner Saturday night with family that live locally and the rest from the west side of the mountain. The house was one of the best supplied homes we've rented. The 4 bedrooms were comfortable. The back porch was fenced in which was great for the pets. The fireplace had propane assist so was easy to light. There was also a BBQ on the back patio. I highly recommend this place for a family gathering.

Eclipse getaway

Came here to see the annular eclipse and this location is perfect for what we wanted. Enjoyed the fire pit and wildlife around the house.

Tranquility on the canal

Great private location for large group. Property was excellent for inside and outside entertaining. Modern amenities inside the home, easy access via short drive to Sunriver golf destinations and Sunriver Villages. Uber does come to the property for those brewery trips to Bend!

The house was a great size for us. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. It was a struggle to get the AC to work very well- it took a long time to cool down the house, and the upstairs didn't cool well. The hot water heater couldn't keep up with more than 2 showers. The carpet appeared dingy and needs to be re-stretched badly. Otherwise, we loved it!

Perfect Getaway

We had such a great stay! The property is perfect for a large family. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need! We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the snow, then warmed up by the fire!

Amazing house!

Seven of us on our 30s stayed. We had the best time! Plenty of space, comfy beds, well-stocked, I could go on and on... it’s ~20 minutes to downtown Bend but we loved being out in the “wilderness”. We saw lots of deer and felt like we had plenty of our own space to hang out and enjoy corn hole. You will definitely not be disappointed with this stay...

Bend Sanctuary

10 minutes from Sun River close to cascade lakes and many other outdoor activities. 8 of us stayed comfortably. Well stocked kitchen. Only issue we had was wifi not working great.

Great Home!

This house was wonderful and as advertised. House was very clean and had wonderful beds and was very well equipped. Love the touches of having the essentials - shampoo, dish soap, laundry soap, TP provided. The linens and towels were high quality. Having a garage to park in is nice. We used this as a base of operations for day trips to Crater Lake, Bend and the surrounding area. Worked great for this purpose.

This was the best experience to date with Brno. The checking in and out process was easy, the home was super clean and had all the kitchen essentials. Great for families! The location was great too! 20 minutes from Bend downtown and Sunriver.
