Spacious apartment

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very spacious apartment. Had to take previous occupants rubbish out on arrival. Glasses not clean and sugar jar needed washing. Overall apartment needed some maintenance - towel rack fell off. Shower head loose. Aircon not working in 2 rooms.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Extremely dusty and dirty property, many below par items not fit for use, blinds didn't open, kitchen crockery chipped, blunt knives (counter top knife set), zero kitchen bench cleaner, oven dirty, fridge unclean and water didn't work, ensuite shower head kept falling & water didn't drain well, master bedroom bedside lights without bulbs.

West End Stay

The property was centrally located, clean, spacious and quiet. The check in process was easy and the host was gracious enough to allow an early check in, which we greatly appreciated. Would definitely book again and recommend highly.
