Fabulous 2BR Townsville city fringe stay.

Close to everything Townsville has to offer, this secure centrally located residence is in the perfect location for your visit to our sunny city. You will have the whole newly renovated bottom floor of this property to yourself. The owners residing upstairs often travel, but are only a phone call away to assist if needed during your stay and Lockbox Access will be provided when this is the case. Free Wifi, off street parking, Air conditioned, walking distance to Country bank Stadium, Palmer Street Restaurants & City. (3 mins by car). You can drive, bus, walk or scooter anywhere from this location. Room for boats. During your stay you will be able to access the backyard grassed area and swing, along with the BBQ and outdoor dining area. You may also access the laundry. The main bedroom offers a comfy queen bed and the second larger bedroom offers a double bed along with a Single/Trundle combo. There is also a Sofa Bed in the main lounge. Although our listing is only for 6 people, we can sleep an additional 2 children where required, (8) but only by prior negotiation, due to the configuration of bedding.

Stay at Railway Estate.
Very happy with our stay! Owner was very flexible and her hospitality was great. Very friendly and even offered to take us for a quick tikki tour, nothing was a problem Very spacious and tidy. Within walking distance to stadium and city centre. Would love to stay again.

Clean and Functional
Julie was a great host, very responsive. The look and feel of the unit surprised us in a good way. Everything inside the unit was very clean and the kitchen was well furnished to self-cater. Having access to the laundry was also very convenient since we were traveling with a baby. One thing we would have liked is heavier blinds/curtains (too bright during the day for naps). On out last night, the neighbours were unfortunately very noisy and my in-laws didn’t get mich sleep. Hopefully a one-off, but ear plugs might be something to consider for future travellers.

This property is well located only 3 mins to town in the city fringe suburb of Railway Estate. You will have the whole bottom floor of this recently renovated property all to yourselves. Access to back garden, bbq and laundry facilities. Off street parking, free wifi, Netflix and room for your boat. There is a second TV sitting area with Chromecast provided and Xbox for the kids. Walking and biking tracks are nearby along with a fabulous coffee cart just around the corner. It is just a short walk to V8 Supercar Track and Country Bank Stadium.
