Hope the host doesn't screw you over as she did to use
Haven't got much to say. It was over priced for the one night that we stayed. We didn't get what I first booked and payed for than because of a double booking (I wonder how that happened) she thought she was doing us a favour by giving us the upper level of the house and then expected us to pay the difference. She knew we were stuck for accommodation, as Townsville was well and truly sold out because of the footy game. The house was nothing to flash just and old house painted to look cleaner. There was 6 of us and not one of us were impressed with the place. Wouldn't be booking there again. The only good thing about the property is that it was in a nice quite location and not to far from the city.

Hi Rachelle
The website had a glitch and you weren’t supposed to be able to reserve the property. I don’t know what happened but I did offer you the 3 bedroom but had to charge you extra for it as you had booked the studio which wasn’t available and I was wondering where the 7th person was going to sleep in a Studio which can only sleep 6. You advised me you had 6 adults plus one child of 8.
The house isn’t modern but is adequate for families. I never “screwed” you over. I find this quite offensive and will have to report this review to HomeAway.
