Matariki Star suite is a uniquely decorated unit. A 50" smart TV, business table, cozy sofa, and standard kitchen facilities. A conform king bedroom with open wardrobe for business travel or couple short stay. Fresh linens, towels, and amenities are provided.

Free WIFI and a small kitchen for daily use. One unit on end has a ramp and wheelchair accessible entrance, and disability access bathroom.

Lake Tekapo is only three hours drive between Christchurch to Queenstown. Famous for stargazing.

Clean and comfortable stay

This condo was a good choice. Easy check in, easy parking, very clean and comfortable. A bit snug for 3 of us, but as expected in a one bedroom. Located in a subdivision with easy walk to groceries and main street. My only issue was with the cookware. There was only a small pot large enough for a can of soup. We had pasta with us. I had to use the only large size pot which was a rice steamer, to make pasta. Otherwise all was well. I would recommend staying here.

This review is for a larger property than the studio we booked as we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom single level home. Entry was via an electronic key pad and this worked well. The facilities were excellent including dish washer, laundry and all the other normal kitchen appliances. The bedrooms were spacious and 2 of the 3 en-suite plus a ‘family’ bathroom. There was enough parking for at least 2 cars. This property is known as Alpine A and I would recommend it . . . First class!
