The property was clean, very well appointed and well located opposite the water and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Unfortunately the lack of air conditioning, absence of a blind in the kitchen to block the morning sun and the inability to fully open windows made our stay quite unbearable as we were there during a period of very hot and humid weather and were unable to cool the apartment sufficiently despite running ceiling fans and the supplied floor fan 24/7. This is the only criticism we have of the property which was otherwise very convenient, nicely renovated and thoughtfully furnished but the heat and lack of aircon had a significant impact on our enjoyment of our holiday and sadly we would neither stay again nor recommend the property to others unless air conditioning was installed.

Good location/apartment spoiled by cleanliness and other minor annoyances
I'm writing this review because I would love to go back and hope that things will get better.
The location is great. The apartment is nice with a view. Communication with the property manager is bad. I understand it was the holiday period but they need to get more staff. An email sent to me to provide a link to a guidebook only there was no link. I emailed back but didn't get a response.
Upon arrival, we found there was mould in the shower. Emailed the manager but didn't get a response. I went to the office the next day to be told to clean it myself or wait for cleaners, who might/not be available. I was told they had only one set of keys so if we were out, the cleaners will not be able to get into the apartment.
Utensils and some plastic kitchen tools were not clean and greasy. We wanted to use the oven on the last day to find out that it wasn't cleaned properly. No point of telling the manager as we learned about the mould issues.
Supplies such as cooking oil, toilet paper and aluminum foil were ridiculously low. The welcome email stated if we had to buy extra, we could submit the receipt to be reimbursed. I find this amusing. They should have supplied an extra item if it seems low. It is the job of the property manager to pay attention to detail, not guests.
Again I hope things will change. If you read reviews for other property managed by the same group, you can see the similarities.
