About this property

Fern Street Terrace is located right in the middle of town, a short stroll to cafes and restaurants. Park the car and walk everywhere.

The accommodation is a two story townhouse with one queen bedroom opening onto a sunny balcony and the second with two single beds. All linen is 100% cotton. The light and spacious bathroom upstairs is accessed from the main bedroom and the hallway. Open plan living, laundry and powder room downstairs. The leafy courtyard has a small barbecue and outdoor dining seating. There is parking for two cars at the rear of the property - a lock up remote garage and covered carport.
The townhouse is a comfortable retreat at the end of a day of exploring the many local attractions. Werri beach is just around the corner and Seven Mile Beach at Gerroa is a five minute drive away. Boat Harbour rock pool and the picturesque Gerringong headland is a five to ten minute walk. The spectacular Gerringong golf course is a 3 minute drive.
Children welcome, but please note that there is a flight of stairs and the property has access to the main street via a low latched gate. BYO baby equipment - cot and bedding.

Great Stay

We had a great stay in Gerringong! The flat was perfect for what we needed, was clean and in a great spot! Vicki was great when communicating about the property.
