THE BEACH ACCESS IS APPROXIMATELY 2 MINUTES FROM THE HOME BY GOLF CART OR VEHICLE. THERE IS PARKING AVAILABLE FOR BOTH.

The perfect beach getaway for those who want to walk, bike, or drive to over 1000 feet of private beach without ever leaving the neighborhood. In the home, the family room, kitchen and even the King master bedroom open to an expansive deck overlooking the private pool, while two additional King bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a second king and a full bathroom, complete the main living floor. The second floor has a great room with one King bed along with two Queen beds with its own bathroom and oversized walk in closet. High ceilings make the room seem huge and the flood of natural light make it a light and bright. Shipmaker details throughout the home such as beaded board, wooden walls and ceilings lend a nautical, cozy feel throughout the home.

A hidden gem on the Emerald Coast, the beachside community of Gulf Pines is tucked away south of Emerald Coast Parkway between the shopping, dining, and entertainment of Sandestin and the Silver Sands Factory Stores. Gulf Pines offers over 1000 feet of gorgeous private beach gated for homeowners and guests.

Guest are able to park a maximum of 3 vehicles in the driveway per the HOA. Additional parking is not available. Boats, trailers and RVs are not allowed to be parked at this home.

Great location, everything you needed at the house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect, great for our family of 9! The pool was very nice and used daily. We rode bikes and golf cart to the beach everyday, parking at the beach, beach was private but close enough to walk to water activities. We would stay here again! The host answered our questions quickly and followed up on any concerns as well.

Every small, medium or large kitchen appliance you’d ever need was tucked away in the pantry. Bedrooms are perfect! Tons of beach gear too! The pool was so nice to have and there were plenty of floats and things provided! We will definitely be staying again!
