We had a great time at the Chalet La Watch. The kitchen was well equipped. The views from the living and dining rooms were beautiful, and the beds were comfortable. Short drive to Le Massif and to Baie St. Paul
Just as described (text and visuals), very comfortable and relaxing, peaceful, and lovely views. An excellent base for summer and winter activities. Would happily stay there again.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The common rooms, bath and bed rooms were clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The games room was very appreciated by our teenagers. The hot tub was the perfect way to end a day of hiking or whale watching. We would definitely return as there is so much to explore in the area.
Incredible!! So clean and private!! Everything was so exactly as described. We had an amazing time at the house with the arcade room, hot tub, fire pit and incredible views! Was also nice and close to Le Massif (VIEWS), Quebec City and TadoussacHighly recommend!
This is a beautiful chalet. The layout is open concept and the views are stunning. You can see the St. Lawrence River in the distance. You are surrounded by trees and for the most part it was extremely quiet. Kitchen has everything you need and laundry as well. Beds are comfortable and the chalet is beautifully decorated. A very peaceful place. Great views from all windows. We were unaware that this was a 2 unit chalet but the other unit was empty for most of our stay.
We loved our stay at Chalet LaWatch. Exceeded our expectations as far as the property, location and amenities. We were out hiking and touring much of the time but enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, spacious kitchen and family room, downstairs game room with pinball and foosball, board games and more. Highly recommend!
A large property comfortable more 8-10 people. The main living room space is really nice and it has stunning views of the nearby mountain and river. The backyard also has a hot tub and a fire pit that are really worth using. The location is also very picturesque and only an hour away quebec city. If you are looking for a fun nature vacation, this is definitely a place I'd recommend!
Perfect family getaway! Chalet La Watch was the perfect place for our family to experience the Charlevoix region of Quebec, we only wish we had booked more time at the Chalet to experience everything we had on our to do list.
The Chalet was very well equipped and the views were exquisite. Our young grandsons really enjoyed the arcade at night before winding down.
Thank you Martin for sharing your beautiful property with us and our family.
The pictures didn't do the view justice...It was breath taking and a short drive to either le Massif or Baie St. Paul. They have a hot tub and a fire pit too. Totally enjoyed ourselves!
Beautiful home with great hosts. I really can’t say anything other than that. The property is probably even more beautiful than I thought. We especially loved the hot tub. It was a great spot for us to ski Le Massif
Beautiful chalet and area. Perfect for a family stay and minutes from Baie St-Paul. Landscaping needs attention and cigarette butts left in cans outside have got to go. Overall very satisfied.
Amazing place, super clean, modern, lots of light, wonderful view and very spacious. Easy check- in, and great location. The place is fully equipped, from wood for the fire, to nespresso and keurig capsules. It's also very elegantly decorated. The outdoor patio is protected against the elements, and offers a scenic view. A indoor and outdoor fire pit are available, as well as jacuzzi and bbq.
We all had an amazing time. I absolutely recommend, and i will come again !
Close to winter activities. Gaming room fun for all. Cleaning out the spa in the middle of our stay lost us a day and a half of spa time of our 4 night stay.

Hello Jocelyne, the spa is cleaned twice a week so it was cleaned before your arrival and during your stay so we don't understand why you say you lost spa time. It was ready when you arrived. THANKS.
This property is well worth the long drive from Ontario! There were many pleased "ooh's" and "aah's" from the back seat of our vehicle when we first pulled up to this property - the white lights on the trees were a nice touch and added to the magic. Breathtaking views and lots of family fun activities! A winter wonderland with snow-covered trees, mountains and the St. Lawrence to be seen from all windows in this property! The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed sitting in front of a log fire both outside while in the hot tub and inside while singing along with my son playing the guitar. I was surprised by how much my kids and husband enjoyed the games downstairs. We had some trouble with the shower handle which we let Martin know about and sounded like it would be an easy fix. We hiked on some beautiful trails close by and went skiing at LeMassif. It was a great getaway! We hope to go back again!
Layout & Amenities- Beautiful, bright and spacious. Easily accommodated our family of 5.- Amenities (game room, kitchen supplies, spa, etc.) were much appreciated.- Gorgeous deck & screened in porch with table and barbecue. We ate outside almost every night.- Kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed.- The two bedrooms located on the main floor were well furnished, however there wasn’t any furniture or closet in the bedroom on the ground level to put our clothes away. - No blinds on many of the windows which made us feel like we were on display at night (curtains/blinds were installed in each of the bedrooms, but not in all of the main living spaces).Location- Property nestled in a forested area. Great if you are looking to get away from the hustle & bustle of a larger city, however the location felt a bit isolated to us. - Although there is a beautiful view of the St Lawrence river in the distance, this is not a waterfront property (it isn’t marketed as such, but I was expecting to be closer to the water).Cleanliness- Property felt like it was well maintained. The windows were clean, the beds were clean and comfortable.- Felt like a quick cleaning job had been performed before our arrival (i.e. there was some food on the floor in the kitchen when we arrived, sink needed a deep clean, etc), some hair on the floor. - Overall, I was happy with the cleanliness of the house.
