This property was amazing, the views were breath taking. Everything was there that you needed. Only thing I would suggest is to have a few pamplets with things to do, places to eat, grocery stores, etc. Over all great experience!

Property was amazing with a great view. The location is perfect if you want to be out of the crowd but still close to pier park. The rooms were super nice. ***Only down fall is only one parking spot assigned then you have to HOPE you can find an open spot across the street.*** Would 100% book this condo again!

We would definitely stay at this location again. Clean, comfortable, stylish and well stocked. Great parking space too. We loved the penthouse views of the sea life and beautiful sunsets. Location is conveniently located and is walkable to several places. The weekly pier fireworks are incredible from this view!

Beautiful View and property

Beautiful property and location! On the quieter end of town and the condo is beautiful and just as pictured. The views are STUNNING from the balcony. Steps to the beach (elevator ride down). Great setup for 2 couples to share or a couple friends to share and have their own space. Spacious and had everything we needed. Nancy the owner was responsive and very helpful during our stay and we will be staying here again!

We loved this condo! We had four adults and two children and it was perfect for that. The balcony was huge with great chairs and lounge chairs. It is on the corner so you can view the ocean from multiple ways! We had some people who couldn’t get in the sun much so that was great for them! Elevators were fast and parking is convenient right by the elevators. Beach chairs and we’re convenient and great! They had multiple toys for the beach, blow ups, sand toys, umbrella etc! In a great location as well! Will be back!

My family and I were so happy with this condo!

We were very happy with this rental. The owners called me before our trip to make sure all instructions were clear and they were! The owner was very kind and notified me they would be on a trip but made sure if we needed to contact someone we were given their sons contact info. He was very kind as well. The condo was clean, beach chair was free and very easy to reserve. It’s definitely high but the balcony was awesome, with a big table and extra chairs. The view was amazing. It is definitely away from the main strip but I liked that there was not a lot of traffic or chaos. Stores were close by also. I highly recommend. I love that they left a book in the condo for all renters to leave a comment dating back to 2019.

Repeat stay

This was our second time in 2 years to stay at this location . A friend, my daughter and myself wanted a relaxing beach trip where all we did was stay on the beach all day and then just relax in the condo at night . Perfect location had we wanted to go out to eat at night but we chose to just stay there and prepare our own meals. We had anything we needed to be able to do that . Nancy’s the best hostess. She communicated early and responded quickly if we ever had a question . Instructions were clear , Covered parking , beach chairs for the week, condo was spotless when we arrived, washer and dryer in unit-we definitely packed too much 🙄, beautiful spacious balcony to hang out on, great WIFI- I worked some while there and never had trouble connecting . Just perfect, relaxing, restful place to stay to escape the real world for a week . Would recommend to everybody .

Jim and I live in the Midwest and we have 5 children, two grandsons and a large extended family. Jim and I had been looking for a place to enjoy that our family would love to visit. Our daughter in law's parents who live full time next door at Emerald Isle convinced us to come down and find the perfect beach home. We began with another unit on the 17th floor (VRBO 749476) here and added this beautiful Penthouse home in November of 2017. With much love and attention, we want to do everything we can to make your vacation the best it can be. Booking both condos will make any large gathering special!

Why they chose this property

Jim and I love, of course, THE VIEWS and that the beach is only an elevator ride away! We also feel that the floor plan is optimal, rooms spacious and ready for guests. We love the location of Tropic Winds, the underbuilding designated parking and that this condo is on a quiet part of the beach but is close to all of the fun in Panama City Beach and nearby areas.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the views from our balcony and could sit and watch the beach all day! For those of you who can't leave technology behind, we have secure, high speed internet capable for movie streaming to our 3 smart Samsung TV's and bandwidth to allow coverage for multiple phones/tablets/gaming systems. Our kitchen contains all that you need to prepare a simple or gourmet dinner. We also have covered, under the building parking near the elevators.
