SPI vacay

This place was awesome. Nice having 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Location to the ocean was perfect. We have already talked about going back to the same place. It was confusing about the "checking in at the gate" and no one was at a gate. Had to ask a stranger where the office was. Pool that was advertised was getting worked on. That was disappointing. Even after that we would recommend this place.

We enjoyed a quiet, family-friendly vacation

We really enjoyed walks on the beach and being able to walk to nearby restaurants and stores. The gate situation was a little difficult at first, but the manager went out of his way to solve the issue immediately. The property manager, Bryan, was easy to contact and very helpful.

Terrible dirty place and careless owners

WCs were not cleaned up Still had pooh in one. Rooms and kitchen dirty. Owners did not want to compensate we loose 1 day waiting to be cleaned up. They put us in risk for Covid transmission. They just offered a "discount'" on next booking, means they just did not care!!

Very nice clean cool condo, pool + beach

The condo was a lot nicer than I thought it would be. The kitchen had everything you needed. The deck was wonderful for sitting on morning noon and evening and just looking over what’s going on at the pool and then looking over at the beach and looking at the birds. The Wi-Fi signal is not strong in either of the bedrooms but that wasn’t a big deal for us really. The router is by the TV near the outside windows. So, if other people noticed this maybe you could consider putting a booster somewhere in the middle of the unit. One aspect that made this experience lovely was The mother daughter team who worked in the office. They were great to chat with to ask questions about where to go to find certain local tourist activities on certain restaurants. And they were just delightful to talk to.
