We've packed our 1 bedroom with sleeping space for 6 to be sure you and your guests each have a comfortable corner to rest your head. We hope you find our modest, well appointed slice of paradise a comforting addition to your vacation on the Best Beach in Texas. Our ground-floor condo has a covered patio with a grassy yard between our back door and South Padre Island's award winning restored dunes. Just beyond the dunes is endless sand and surf. You will have direct beach access from the resort, a rinse station, as well as all the resort amenities you could ask for - pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, rentals, pool-side snack and drink bar, kiddie pool (formerly a hot-tub), and on-site security. Nothing compares to a vacation on South Padre Island.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests ages 9 and under are exempt.
Guests ages 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
