Muito confortável, Anfitrião nota 10

Muito confortável e espaçosa. Anfitrião nota 10. Garagem ampla, deve caber uns 20 carros. Excelente para quem quiser fazer uma festa com muita gente. Localização bem tranquila e sossegada, sem barulho, com vista para o MAR. Apenas 1km da balsa de Porto de Pedras caminho para São Miguel dos Milagres e rota ecológica. Casa bem limpa, decoração cativante e bastante moveis (mesas e cadeiras). Como sugestão arejar as roupas de cama e banho, pois estavam com cheiro de guardadas por muito tempo. Aumentar a pressão do chuveiro interno, e colocar luz na ducha. Verificar a manutenção do ar-condicionado pois não estava esfriando direito. Informar a localização pela Rua Vovô Berto, para facilitar rota pela GPS. Ótimo imóvel, super recomendo.
