Meh...

This place feels like a hotel. Just the barest of amenities (i.e. salt & pepper are the ONLY kitchen supplies) - they leave EXACTLY one trash bag, two dishwasher pods & I had to call management for a sponge to wash my dishes. It wasn't dirty, but did not feel cared for - the tub handle & door handle to patio came off in my hand. They want you to use their app for everything, which is clunky. The unit manual includes 'how to connect to surround sound', but there is no surround sound, the water filter for the fridge is expired...overall just not well cared for - especially given the price point. The dryer was broken & the number given for communication in the unit went to building management, not the person in charge, so I was given a fair bit of runaround before being told it couldn't be fixed during my stay - all while I had a pile of wet clothes & a full work day. I am underwhelmed by Sonder overall, and this unit specifically.

Last minute Thanksgiving staycation.

For once actually accurate to the pictures and description. Not to mention that it was the best price on Vrbo especially with the location!
