Authentic South Austin gem with all conveniences

This is a lovely house with a beautiful back patio, pool, and access to Bouldin creek. I was born and raised in South Austin, and this place feels like home. My kids and I had a wonderful stay, and it's clear that the hosts have made extra effort to ensure that guests are comfortable and all needs are met. Forgot the coriander? No problem... a full spice rack is in the well stocked kitchen. Kid fell and scraped her elbow? No problem... peroxide, antibiotic ointment, and Band-Aids provided. Forgot your bug spray or sun block? No problem... everything you need is available, so no last minute trips to the store. We had everything we could possibly want as travelers, which was so convenient and relaxing. I gave 5 stars for everything but cleanliness, which I gave 4 stars only because the back yard is a private and authentic TX yard with lots of plant and bug life. I loved it, but if you're looking for a sparkling clean and sterile outdoor space, it's not for you. The inside of the house was sparkling clean and fully updated. The hosts were also incredibly responsive when I had questions. I can't recommend this place enough. It is an authentic South Austin experience, and I am recommending it to all of my friends and family that travel to TX.

Very nice apartment. Excellent location for walking up and down South Congress(SoCo) Shops, restaurants, music. Perfect spot for our stay.
