Great Location

Great location away from hustle & bustle of Midtown. Nice spacious apartment. Would recommend having a blind on the door in second bedroom/den for a little privacy though. Everything needed for stay. Facilities are well appointed. Would stay here again.

Great location and amenities!

Loved staying here! I prefer the upper East side for my visits but this place was great. Easy location with a subway stop close by made getting to the upper East side easy. Very comfortable. I would suggest that you use 228 Pearl street for all Ubers and car service because Platt is a single car wide street that can make getting a car to you sometimes challenging. 228 Pearl is right across the street just 50 feet from the front door.
