Great base for NYC visit

The hotel was a great location for a family Christmas in NYC. Good facilities. Convenient multiple subway stations for travelling to various points of interest and a short walk to the Staten Island Ferry to view the Statue of Liberty. Clean and quiet. Spectacular views from hour two rooms looking over the World Square memorial to the river.

Doesn’t look like the pics

Great location room rugs filthy. Requesting early check in. Never told us it would be xtra. Promise we could get a cot but then told none available then told fire safety issue. Room was smaller than I thought. Two teenage boys share a lumpy sofa bed room was very tired. The second room temperature was 86 degrees finally sent someone to fix after 3 calls. The manager adjusted bill but 2200 for 2 night stay - rooms overpriced for conditions. Bar is only open at 5 pm. And grab and go breakfast. Would not recommend as the description called these deluxe rooms
