Not worth the climb
The unit was modern and clean. Three bedrooms with three bathrooms is ideal when you have three couples staying there. The location was good, and just as advertised. However, the photos of the rooftop deck were one of the reasons why we booked this unit. We thought it would be fun to enjoy cocktails on our own rooftop deck after busy days of touring. When we went there, There was not one piece of furniture and you had to either carry furniture from your unit or sit on the ground. Needless to say, we did not enjoy the roof at all and it wasn’t used even though the weather was perfect.
However, the bigger issue was that this unit is up four very steep flights of stairs. This is not advertised until you pay the deposit and get the confirmation email. My husband hurt his back, carrying all the luggage up four steep flights. All guests will be exhausted bringing their luggage up to the unit, and should know this in advance.
Another issue was that when we received the email with check-in instructions, the front door access code was provided. However, when we arrived at the unit, and we’re outside t with all our luggage, the code did not work. We then had to struggle to contact we told you customer service to get a correct code to enter the unit. Overall, not a good experience, and we would not stay here again.
