Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

Excellent Stay

The home was welcoming and warm. Enjoyed the extra living space above the garage. Ample living space in the main bedroom. We didn’t get to utilize the hot tub, but was a nice addition if the weather was cooler. The location was a short Uber to the nightlife and great eating places. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

30th Birthday Girls’ Trip

We were 5 women. The house is small but functional. It is located in a suburban area and not close to attractions so plan on Ubering everywhere if you don’t have a car. We loved the hot tub and the fire pit on the cold rainy weekend we visited. The two bedrooms in the house are nice and roomie. All beds are comfortable. Be aware that the third bedroom is above the garage and requires you to go outside and up a long steep flight of stairs. Just makes it feel like you are separated from the rest of the group. We found that this room lacks space for unpacked items. Would be great to have a bunch of hooks on the various walls to hang clothes etc. There is plenty of wall space for this. Also- the Highway is literally next to the house so expect lots of traffic noise. This was difficult for some of our sound sleepers. Other suggestions for the owner: door handles on the fence doors for easier closure. The kitchen table is really rickety. Maybe needs screws tightened. Sitting room couch is not comfy- maybe some more throw pillows? If you want a cute house for a reasonable price- this is a great choice.

Parents Vacay Away

The property was modern and clean. Definitely a smaller living area, but we didn’t spend a lot of time there anyway. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and updated! And the property manager was quick and helpful with a question we needed answered! Would definitely recommend this condo!

Perfect for our event

The space is a little small, but it was perfect for us. We loved that one of the bedrooms was in a separate structure to give a couple their own personal space. The backyard was great to hang out in when we didn’t all fit in the living room (limited seating with 6 grown adults and 2 babies). My only comments are the floor came off clean but was a little dirtier than it looked. Our 1 year old who’s walking had very dirty feet each night after exploring the house. The second comment is the second bedroom door squeaked so loud that it woke up the babies every time. It was upsetting when bed time had to be repeated. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!!
