We are just minutes to Lake Austin, 6th street, and Town Lake, making it the perfect property to enjoy an adventurous vacation or a relaxing getaway.

The space
Nothing was spared in the construction of this modern chalet. The open floor plan offers a gourmet kitchen, dining table, bar with bar chairs, luxury modern furnishings, and a large living area with sliding glass doors that open to the outdoor entertainment area which features a firepit and speakers. It is equipped with whole-house audio, high-speed WiFi, expanded cable TV with sports and movie packages, and internet-connected Samsung 4K TVs with Netflix, Amazon Video and top movie apps. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a king bed and a Samsung WiFi TV, full bath with double vanity, walk-in shower, and oversized walk-in closet. The flex space at the end of the hall offers three twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or extra guests, and the upstairs living area has a full size sleeper sofa. The two additional bedrooms each have a queen bed, full size closets and full bathroom with tub, shower and double vanity.
The serene outdoor entertainment area features a pool, oversized hot tub and a large fire pit, perfect for gathering around on those cooler Austin nights. You will have everything you need to relax with your family or entertain friends, including Bocce ball, ladder golf, Corn Hole, beer pong, board games and more. In addition, enjoy a 2 car garage and extra free parking on the side streets. We offer premium amenities, including shampoo, soaps, paper products and hotel-quality towels and linens.


Guests have access to the entire house, a 2 car garage and a private backyard with an over-sized hot tub and pool. We offer digital locks, controlled via a unique code which will be provided to you. After securely booking your reservation online we will send you everything you need, so you can begin enjoying your stay as soon as you arrive. The home features a digital door lock allowing you to use your unique code to enter. You can request an early check-in / late check-out for a nominal fee (see below) which we are happy to arrange when possible. We are local and will be there to help whenever needed. You will also have access to our 24/7 digital communication system, where you can make requests and ask questions.

Bring your furry friend along for your stay at our pet-friendly property! For just $200 per pet per reservation.
The pet fee does not include any damages your pet causes.
Please keep pets in crates when you leave the home.

Completion of the Check-In Form and Rental Agreement via our boarding pass verification is required prior to check-in. Failure to complete this may result in refusal of access the property. NO refunds will be given outside of the cancellation window or if Guest does not comply with the checkin process.
Policies:
Age Requirements: Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Additional Guest Fee: $35 per night for each guest beyond 4.
Events and Parties: Hosting events or parties is not permitted to maintain the exclusive ambiance.
Smoking Prohibition: No smoking is allowed on the premises.
Monitoring System: Discreet exterior security cameras for guest security and quality assurance.
Comprehensive Damage Protection:
You may choose between a non-refundable "Peace-of-Mind" Damage Waiver or a fully refundable authorization hold for your stay. Both options provide assurance for a worry-free experience.
