~Check In/Out Time~


• Check-in: 4:00pm

• Check-out: 10:00am
• Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.


~What you need to know before your arrival~


• At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made and you must be at least 21 years old to check into the resort

•A USD $28 plus tax Resort Fee will due upon check in. This fee includes Guest internet access; Mini-golf; movie & board game rentals; select daily activities, Arts & Crafts; book exchange; game console rentals; Sports equipment (Volleyball, Horseshoes, Tennis, Basketball); Barbecue equipment.

• The Debit or Credit Card used to secure your booking must be presented at check-in. If the card is not presented, funds secured are reversed, and payment is secured on the new card. The Card owner must be present at time of arrival.

• A USD 200 Security Hold is required at time of arrival and must be placed on a major credit or debit card - cash and pre-paid debit cards not accepted.

~Property Policies~


• Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.

• Smoking Policy: Greensprings Vacation Resort is a smoke free facility. If smoking occurs in the unit during your stay, a USD 500 cleaning fee will be billed to your account.
