The owners were welcoming and very responsive. Location was so fun, right on the hill. We enjoyed the sauna and all the games available too. Thank you :)
Our stay was fantastic! We had 4 couples staying at the house for a weekend wedding and there was more than enough space for us all. The unit was clean and the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. We would stay again and recommend to friends.
Our group enjoyed our weekend stay. The location is perfect for ski in/ski out. The house is beautiful, comfortable and felt like a home away from home.
Our group enjoyed our stay very much! The space was very clean, very comfortable & well appointed with amenities.
Our group of 4 had plenty of space. The bedrooms were comfortable & the beds were really lovely.
The location is absolutely stunning.
Very much recommend this spot for other groups!
Couldn’t have enjoyed our stay at castle more. The mountain itself is truly a hidden gem when it comes to Alberta resorts. The property’s ski in / out location made it that much better. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested. Heather was great to deal with and the property is as advertised.
This place is amazing! We were lucky to enjoy a wedding ceremony on the mountain with friends and having 3 bathrooms to get ready and the space to relax in between was amazing!
The rental is so clean and the beds were great! Thanks for making this a beautiful getaway!
This is the second year here and it never disappoints! Had a great time. Lots of space and everything you need. Add in one epic powder day and this is the stuff dreams are made of!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here with our family to attend a wedding. This home was well-equipped and had everything we needed and more! It is a beautiful place and the host responded quickly when we had a question while we were there. We highly recommend ut!
Kristi is a gem. She communicates well and is quick to respond. Plus, she has great decorating skills/tastes! Great experience.

Mary Jo, it was my pleasure to host your stay! I really appreciate how well you communicated during your stay. I am so happy your enjoyed yourself at the condo. This is always our mission! We want you to feel at home and just relax. Mission Accomplished!
Until next time,

We’re older people so definitely need to mention the entrance is a long flight of outside stairs in ad. The upstairs was clean and was very well stocked. The 4 bedrooms all had a large bed plus a single. It was quite warm in July and the fans didn’t help much. The host was very helpful and quick to respond when we needed her.
Seriously on the hill. In fact you need to walk across the ski-slope from the parking lot to get to the house! Everything was great. It was just the upstairs of the house in the picture, but it did have 4 bedrooms and everything promised. Kitchen well set up including oil, spices, pots and pans etc.
Aviemore Lodge at Castle Mountain was just perfect. I would give it a 10/10!! We had a large group with 8 adults, small children and babies. Space in the lodge was not an issue. The bedrooms were massive, the livingroom spacious, it had multiple eating areas, the kitchen had everything you could imagine you needed for cooking all our meals and it had a perfect set up for ski boots, jackets, mitts etc. The wood burning stove was cozy and there was firewood ready to go. Heather responded within minutes of any questions we had. The sauna was enjoyed by all after a long day of skiing and snowboarding. The location couldn't have been any better as we took turns staying with babies. We had 3 little ones learn to ski and they all loved it so much I know we will be back. Thank you to Heather for making our family vacation absolutely unforgettable.
My 5 adult children +2 partners joined me to celebrate Christmas and my birthday together at Castle Mountain. It was our first time to Castle and won’t be our last! The Aviemore Lodge was clean and spacious with everything we needed to cook meals and feel the comforts of home. The wood fireplace was soooo nice and really helped take the chill off during the wet rainy weather. There is a drying rack in the main area to dry out ski equipment which was a very nice add-on. Everyone was thrilled to have their own bed and they were really comfortable. We drove 4 hours to get to Castle Mountain and I really appreciated knowing that Beaver Mines was the last place we would have cell service. It’s also good to know that beaver mines has a gas station that is open every day of the year. The pumps are open until 9 PM every night. The store is well-stocked with grocery items, baked goods, gift items and almost anything you might have forgotten at home. The people there are very friendly. I was very glad their gas pumps were open because I took a gamble and did not backtrack through Pincher Creek 🤣. We were anxious to get to Castle Mountain before dark and it’s a good thing there was a little bit of light because the lodge was very difficult to find. If we had known that our walk to the lodge would start between the two main ski buildings, that would’ve helped. The rest of our crew came at different times and we just met them down at the parking lot with a sled. Not having cell service or Wi-Fi meant that we could not communicate with them when they arrived. My one daughter did go to the main lodge and log into Wi-Fi so she could text us to let us know they got there.
Overall we were all very happy with the accommodations and the help that the owners gave us when needed. Leslie and Nathan were very kind. We hope to be back in the future and would love to stay at Aviemore Lodge again.
