We had a lovely stay for a family wedding. We were able to all gather before the wedding and come back to enjoy time together before a great nights sleep. Great place!!
Charles and Stephanos were very efficient with their communication. We didn’t have any issues. The house was very clean. The accommodations were great!
Just the quaintest place. Love the garden. The house was well maintained but still had an old house feel that I loved. Antique furniture and old floors, so great. Close to so much. Ate breakfast somewhere different every day.
1 - Was not told or revealed that the property was upstairs including an upstairs for 1 bedroom (I am 82 and would not have rented if known apt was upstairs)
2 - Houston was in very cold period and there were no extra blankets in the apt.
3 - The heater only worked for upstairs, freezing cold in downstairs
4 - Had to kill cockroaches every morning before making coffee. Roach traps everywhere
5 - On a good note, very nice neighbors
This was a great bang for our buck! It was one of the few 2 bed 2 bath non-apartment options in the area for a reasonable cost. Plus it had tons of character and location was great. The pictures don't do it justice. The parking was great for 1 with additional street parking available. Great communication and ease of check in with the owner or property manager. Kitchen was updated and most necessities included. Bathrooms were aged a bit but clean. Basic toiletries were included.
My husband and I and 2 adult children spent one night in this gorgeous and quaint appartment. Everything was immaculate, well appointed, gracefully decorated, and comfortable.
The hosts were super communicative. No problems to be reported. Any time I texted or emailed, I received an answer within the hour. Other than a 10 am check out time that is a little earlier than the average hotel, this place has everything a hotel cannot offer. Room enough for 4 -5 people, A beautiful kitchen, clean and modern bathrooms and comfy beds all in a quaint old appartment in a fun neighborhood. I hope to stay here longer some day!!
Thanks Charles and Stefanos!
