Great location, beautiful wood house. The person in charge responded fast when I tried to reach him out. But the house needs better cleaning, there was one bed without sheets, kitchen was messy, like if no one really takes care of it other than doing some basic cleaning for the next stay. Beds need update, very worn. Outdoor space in very bad condition, grill is nasty and picnic table bench missing a leg. No soap in the house. So, nice place, great amenities around but the owner should really make improvements inside and outside.

Overall our stay was great. We had a great time. The location to the lake is a few minutes walk for the beach, kayak rentals, peddle boats, ect. Well stocked with supplies like soap, toilet paper, pots/pans, etc. Our only issue, as other reviews have mentioned, was the cleanliness. The floors were pretty dirty and appeared like they were not cleaned prior to our stay. The adults wore flipflops or shoes the entire stay. Our son's socks were black by the end of each day. Overall the stay was great and we would stay again though.

Nice unit , property owner / manager answered my questions. Ad said pool passes were included, and they were not ! I had to pay to access the pool/beach . Cleanliness was okay , the toilet paper was not useable. Air freshener ran but must of been out of air freshener.. Deck was not swept / clean before arrival.. Fix the issues above and would be a better place to stay ..

don't waste your money

it was okay-ish but this place was definitely not worth the money. cons: we have to pay 150 for a cleaning fee for it to not be clean. the beds were super uncomfortable and the mini split in the first floor bedroom could not keep up, our room was warm. the dryer also took 3 different times to dry just bathing suits and towels. pros: location was awesome- quiet area for walking, deck is huge although it was a chilly weekend for us. very close to restaurants and h20 Waterpark which we were there for a bday party. updated upstairs bathroom

Location of a townhouse is absolutely beautiful. Home itself is really pretty.

The house needs more cleaning, also would say there’s need it more garbage bags and basic essentials( so it’s enough of it) for a weekend stay. But overall it is nice house and we had great time!!! Thank you!!!

Great weekend home, sooo close to Big Boulder

Two bedroom vacation home within minutes of Big Boulder and within 15 minutes to Jack Frost. We love Lake Harmony! It’s a small town but has two skiing lodges in the winter, lots of hiking trails in spring and fall and Boulder Lake for the summer time. The house has everything you need. The host is very responsive and super accommodating. We would love to stay here again.

Great location but house needs some TLC

We loved staying in the Blue Heron Community! Location was super close to the lake club with tons of amenities and just a few minutes to other attractions in the area. House itself could use a good cleaning. We arrived with crumbs on the floor, dust in all the corners and kitchen counters not wiped down. The beds are also pretty old and saggy. Overall it was fine, but not the nicest place we have stayed.
