Stylish apartment in the iconic heritage landmark of Smiths Falls. We tried to balanced the heritage feel of the building with modern-day comforts. High ceiling, modern design, historical spirit. Free parking

The space

This unit is perfect for a business trip, short stay or a small vacation with easy access to Niagara, Hamilton, Burlington, and Toronto

We use the ULTRAVIOLET DISINFECTION lamp more than 30 minutes during each cleaning. Efficient sterilization, remove formaldehyde odor, purify the air. We take care for our guests and provide safe environment.

This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home.

Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home.

Please be advised we have several apartments with the same layout, colours may differ from the photo.

Guests have access to Gym, Parking.

Other things to note

According to the condo rules we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to arrival, i.e. every guests names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given to the concierge ARE NOT allowed into the building.

We will be back

Smith Falls is cute little town, located about 30 minutes south of Ottawa and about 20 minutes from Perth. The booking and check in procedures were a little awkward but the apt was clean and had all the necessary amenities.

Beautiful hotel

Beautiful suite. Did have some problems keeping the place cooled down. The thermostat seen to go up even though I did not have heat on. Kitchen was fully equipped. I would recommend adding a potato masher. Loved the little balcony off the living room.
