Beautiful area. Staff when you could find any were friendly and helpful. However the villa we stayed in needs a serious upgrade. Furniture is outdated. Bed was uncomfortable with a ridge down the centre (2 x single beds pushed together). Kitchen facilities were limited with no microwave. Bathroom cabinet was falling apart. There were no screens on most windows so mosquitos cam in. Not good value for the price charged.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
This property is old and very dated. There was no communication leading up to our reservation.i had to call multiple times to find out which unit to stay in and then to figure out where the unit was. The unit itself is not welcoming. It is dreary and old. There is no place to relax. No toiletries are provided. The walking times on the listing are not accurate. It is a 15 minute drive to Cape Hillsborough Beach. The only positive was it did have hot water and the bed was clean. I would not stay here again or recommend to anyone. The owner needs to update the unit and the listing to provide pictures of the unit so people know what they are getting.
