Complete with a beautiful deck, outdoor seating area, outdoor kitchen, beer fridge and barbecue. On top of all this you have complete exclusive use of your very own brand new heated swim spa!
At night you will be surrounded with beautiful effect lighting. You will feel like you’re in an luxury resort as you completely relax in the spa looking out onto the beautiful snow capped Mount Ruapehu.

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms a luxurious home. Double glazed windows , gorgeous fireplace and heat pump , wall heaters in all bedrooms for your convenience, comfort and warmth.
Main bedroom has its own beautiful ensuite.

When your not up the mountain there is an open plan lounge/dining with beautiful recliners to relax on in front of the fire. Your choice! you have the luxury of watching sky sports or sky movies on the big screen.

Beautiful timber ceilings in the open plan lounge/dining kitchen. The kitchen is complete with everything you need.
This house is in the exclusive Tiffany place estate and is the icing on the cake.
There is something special for the whole family! Big trampoline for the children to play on when they are not enjoying the heated pool. You can just relax and enjoy watching them in your own seperate spa.

This place is amazing. Really warm during winter with a log fire and a good heat pump. There are TVs in every room and a big TV in the lounge with SKY and Netflix. There’s a beautiful outdoor deck with a BBQ and preparation area and most importantly, there is a top of the range Spa with a pool that adjoins it. Our kids absolutely loved the place, especially the spa and pool which is awesome in winter. They had everything we needed in the house for cooking etc. Highly recommend. Will stay here again when we come back to Ohakune!
