The location and the pond are fantastic. The bed was comfortable. If you have mobility or knee/leg issues this would not be a good fit. The stairs are steep and there are steps to the shower. The cabin is pretty cool and comfortable. We spent the majority of the time on the porch watching the pond and the wildlife.

We enjoyed our stay at secluded getaway. My husband and I found it clean, cozy and quiet. Our host was very responsive answering our questions and meeting our needs. We would definitely stay there for another quick trip to the Blue Ridge area.

The location was great. 15 min to Blue Ridge. Neighborhood was beautiful, quiet and our stay was extremely relaxing. We will definitely rent this cabin again.

Quiet and peaceful!

Nice quiet cabin in a gated community. Not the newest cabin out there but you can't beat the privacy and the deer that walk around the property. If you want a cozy, tranquil stay this place needs to be on your list!

A peaceful cabin

Very relaxing cabin with a nice amount of wildlife just roaming around. Location is great. The host touched base and was very informative. Couldn't of asked for much more really. Will probably be back again.

Quaint & Peaceful

The cabin is easy to get to in a gated community but feels remote. It’s quaint, quirky and extremely peaceful. It provided us a very enjoyable and relaxing visit to Blue Ridge. Very convenient to town and Old Toccoa Farm golf.

Had a blast at the cabin, we were a short little drive to blue ridge, saw lots of deer, the pond had some bream to fish. 10/10 will be coming back again.

Relaxing mountain cabin

The location was amazing and the cabin had everything you would need for a great mountain escape to the Blue Ridge area. The pond was a bonus. The host was very nice and available at anytime.

Would have been perfect!

It would have been a perfect stay if it weren’t for the fact that when we got there they were not expecting us to stay there. We contacted the owner Beth and she was very apologetic and sent someone to clean the cabin. She offered us a late checkout as compensation but we did not take her up on that due to the following. The cabin was great for a day and a half and then we noticed a strong mildew/mold smell. We contacted the owner again and they said they would send someone out but the smell never went away for the remainder of our trip and we left early on Sunday. Other than that! it was beautiful and if they fixed the mold smell we would absolutely stay there again.

Bedroom view is worth every penny!

The view from the bedroom was amazing! The kitchen and bathroom were so clean and had everything we needed. I wish the check in instructions detailed the location of the lock box. It was a beautiful cabin and was very clean and I loved having my dog there!

Great for Everyone!

Great House and location! VERY clean, You can swim off the dock, plenty of floats, boat was awesome, huge umbrella by dock for shade, fully fenced in yard for our dog, fishing rods, extra fridges, comfortable beds (even the pull out twin sofa), quick communication with owner, quiet neighborhood, easy close out, white sheets and good amount of kitchen ware. We were worried it would not be clean enough bc it allowed multi dogs BUT furniture, floors, kitchen etc was spotless! Thankful this house was available for our family of 9 :)

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our weekend getaway. It was quite and peaceful. The bed was great! Fireplace was wonderful during the cold rainy day. We did let them know the roof was leaking around the fireplace and a chair broke while my husband was in it (a great laugh for me, not so much for him!).

Idyllic setting. Comfortable stay

Well appointed cabin with comfortable bed and nicely equipped. Some quirks; the shower is sunken a out 2 feet below floor and requires a large step down. The stairs to floor two with the bedroom are not standard height. Caution: we did not see any smoke alarms. Porches are inviting. Very scenic views. Very nice stay.

Fantastic Stay!

When we originally arrived on the property (about 10:30 PM), the power was out from a storm that came through earlier in the day. Beth responded quickly to our messages about the power and was great about talking to the power company to get power back on as soon as possible! She worked with us the whole weekend to make our stay perfect! The property was a perfect get away for my wife and I. We enjoyed how close we were to Blue Ridge, but also how tranquil the cabin. Every morning and evening we saw plenty of wildlife in the yard. We had a wonderful stay!

Great location

We had a pleasant stay here at Hidden Pond. Although as we arrived it did look neglected as the grass was high and things were grown up around the house. The porches were not swept and clean. The inside was clean and tidy. There were not enough bath linens for the 3 days. My biggest issue was the bed and the bath were on different levels! Overall it was quiet and peaceful but we really couldn't enjoy the outdoors because of the high grass and lack of gas for the fire pit. The location was beautiful and perfect as we were interested in visiting Blue Ridge. We loved the town!
