Perfect Island Time

One of the best rentals we have ever stayed. The home was clean, welcoming and had comfy beds. It was a great mini vacation with our family. Perfect spot for kayaking, bird and duck watching and gorgeous sunsets. The hosts provided everything we needed and more.

Very nice, clean, well-stocked, and cute place.

We would definitely stay here again. However, the picture of the beach view is a bit deceiving. The house was better stocked than just about any place we have ever stayed. The equipment available was incredible.

Best Family Retreat

The locations was filled wonderful views and spacious accomodations. Every house part was filled with decorations and all the necessary accomodations for fun and those forgotten necessities. Love this place!

One of the best vacation rentals ever! Super cute, clean, comfy home, thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need for a fun, family beach vacation. Owner was super helpful and even bought some more bike helmets during our stay when we realized we were short. Loved paddling in the bay, watching dolphins and crabs, and fishing at the beach. Enjoyed relaxing on the front porch every evening with beautiful sunset views. Can't wait to go back!

Great Vacation Home w/ all the amenities

We had a great stay at the vacation home. Everything was so well planned, communicated, and executed. You can literally just bring your clothes & food and be completely set. The hosts were so thoughtful and accommodating to all aspects of our vacation. The home was super clean and well stocked with everything you would need and the outside amenities allowed us all so much to choose from to make the trip fun and functional! Awesome rental!

This was one of the best rentals we have stayed in. The home is very comfortable and well stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. It is obvious that the owners have put a lot of thought and care into making their place welcoming and fun for the whole family. The view of the bay from the front porch is amazing and so are the sunsets from the swing in the front yard. You won't be disappointed and we will definitely be back!

This house was perfect for my friend and I and our 4 kids. It is stocked with everything you might need for your stay! Bikes, helmets, sand toys, games, kayaks…really. Every. Single. Thing! The front porch is amazing, especially if you enjoy birdwatching. There are even binoculars to check them out with! The owners are super and a text away if you need anything at all. We really enjoyed biking to the bird sanctuary, kayaking in the shallow bay across the street, and checking out all the beaches. Highly recommend!

This house was the best! It was beautifully decorated and the most well-appointed rental we have ever stayed in. The owners thought of absolutely everything. We only needed our swim suits. There were bicycles, paddle boards, kayaks and boogie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, bug spray for our use. Many things we didn’t use because of time restraints like horse shoes, corn hoe, golf clubs and crabbing cages. They even thought of things for guests to do on rainy days like board games and cake mixes with icing and sprinkles. It could not have been more perfect!

Take advantage of all the free amenities this house has available, like: bicycles, kayaks, paddle boards, boogie boards, life vests (all sizes), and beach wagon. All the household items are available too extra toilet paper, paper towels, sunscreen, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry soap/dryer sheets/fabric softener, bottled water, kcups, beach towels, and even new flip flops if you forget yours! Host truly thought of everything and was available for any questions. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for a girls trip and there were so many amenities available at the house. From bicycles (with baskets to load your beach necessities), paddle boards, kayaks, beach wagons, frisbees, safety vests for all ages and sizes, beach towels, extra flip flops (if u forget yours), fire pit, all kinds of cozy places to sit with your family/friends. Beach access to just sit and enjoy the sunrise/sunset or lug your Kayak to the water. All things were thought about from extra toilet paper, kcup, bottled water, paper towels, sunblock, dishsoap, dishwasher tabs, detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets. It’s literally ready for you to unpack and unwind! Loved Dawn the host, she talked me through the monsoon of 2023! 🤣 She was very helpful and sweet! I would recommend this place for anyone wanting a little R&R! We will definitely be back!❤️

Literally home away from home!

I can not say enough about this house! It had every single thing we could think of for our family vacation from a fully stocked kitchen, to outdoor toys, even flip flops the kids could borrow before we went and bought some. The house is spacious and at the end of the street so we didn't have to worry about the kids playing outside. The gas station at the end of the street was a bonus for the random things we ended up needing like sunscreen, ear drops, etc. We definitely plan on coming back next year!

The home is just as the pictures show. We were comfortable with a family of 8. It was impressive of how much available sporting equipment they had for our use. We used it all. We spent part of every at the West End beach. Someone could make plenty money if they had a snack and drink stand nearby. What I truly enjoyed about the island was how natural and unspoiled it felt. Not a tourist trap by any means. But it’s a sleepy little town and restaurants close early. But a 20 minute drive to Bayou La Batre was a success for delicious meal and ice cream. The whole week was lovely. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. And the hosts were attentive and responsive. Thank you D and D.
