Andy was kind & communicative. The kitchen is well stocked re: dishes, pots, and basics. The beds are clean & comfortable. The bathrooms are in good shape. The location is awesome near South Bank & West End.
So many great restaurants and everything within walking distance!

Great apartment with super facilities and in an amazing building. The apartment itself is modern, clean, fitted with new white goods and generally great and additionally the rooftop area and the gym are first class.
The host is amazing too and went the extra mile to accommodate our family's needs like a cot etc.
Our stay at this apartment was great. Andy the host was excellent with communication and check in/out details very thorough. Apartment very clean and had everything you needed. We only had one hiccup with no hot water for a small time but it was the building problem not the apartment. Location great as its close to South Bank and Qpac but a shame with all the road works happening but everything was still doable to get around with or without a car..My only suggestion would be two set of keys if with a family that aren’t always together but again doable. I highly recommend this 3 bedroom apartment.
