Cypress St

A most comfortable house and a 10minute walk to shops, surf beach and the river. Hosts were very responsive too. There's so much to explore around Evans Head, great natural beauty. After morning swims, we enjoyed good coffee and breakfasts in the various cafes and bakeries, learning about the local history at the museums, and some excellent meals at the pub, Thai and Japxican. A great, short stay.

Perfect home for mini vacay

Grey Havens has such a homely feel - we were all at peace straight away 😊 We visited during a heatwave so the air conditioning was greatly appreciated! This place had absolutely everything we needed and more - so as a family of six it minimised our packing too! Made for a great mini holiday ☀️

Great house

The house was very comfortable with all the amenities. The outdoor area was great and undercover. The enclosed backyard was perfect for our dog so when we had to leave him there, we knew he would be safe. All in all, it was a very comfortable place to be and I would recommend it to others.

The house was lovely.The beds were so comfortable. The house could do with a good bond clean.After receiving emails about how I would be responsible for any extra cleaning, or smoke smells , or dog hair the list went on. My dog does not shed hair she is a poodle cross.I was in edge the whole time about keeping up with all the rules. I left the house 80 percent cleaner than it was when I got there as I always do when I stay anywhere..No I wouldn't stay again at Stayz place.I was asked to report the cleanliness of the property when I arrived. I did not do this. That's either asking for the previous Tennant to cope a bill. The house was expensive enough. Or it was dobbing in a cleaner that has enough work to do. Not impressed.

Incorrect key number for locked key. Lounge on back veranda covered with white long dog hair.

My dogs do not shed and are cut short. Remote for garage broken on arrival and dispute attempts by staff not fixed.

A great property. Inclusions & presentation were amazing. Handy to central Evans Head and all it has to offer. A spectacular place to stay.
