This beautifully restored Heritage Listed home has lovely verandahs and ornate fireplaces yet comes with all your modern luxuries - gas fire, 3 heat pumps, Wifi, Smart TV, and a well equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, (ice/water) and Nespresso machine.
The three spacious bedrooms, large kitchen, dining and lounge area will have you enjoying every corner of this very special home.
Master King bedroom has an ensuite and small adjoining room, a perfect area for that portable cot if required. Queen and twin single rooms share a modern bathroom complete with bath.
The undercover outdoor entertaining space with dining facilities, Weber BBQ and infrared heater, overlooks the lush green private yard.
The lovely ground setting with beautiful well established trees and gardens is fully fenced and has plenty of parking. Just 550 meters from the heart of Coromandel Township and less than 150 meters from our local hotel it is ideal for that short stroll for drinks and dinner out.
For the fishing enthusiasts there is plenty of secure boat parking, fish filleting bench and fish/bait fridge freezer,
The ornate fireplaces are not operational.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
