Sadly…didn’t meet expectations

This is a really nice unit, in a convenient location, but lacking in many elements that could make your stay special. The photos of the unit were misleading. The unit was not styled, furnished & well stocked in a way that would make for a comfortable stay. The excellent kitchen wasn’t set up for guests to self cater, as the utensils & cookware supplied were inadequate, & as well as this, we found dirty dishes in the drawers. Only 3 wine glasses available, one of which was cracked, added to the disappointment. Not all guests want to eat out for every meal. We appreciated the prompt response when we raised these issues with reception during our stay, but overall, we were disappointed with our accommodation.

Excellent ,aside from the bureaucracy

On the negatives , the bureaucracy was beyond painful - I was called two days before to give a check in time then worse called again on the day I was travelling demanding a credit card (only a fool gives their credit card number to an unknown caller but there you are) a request for two keys - for two people -was meet with a demand for ID even though we had paid in full up front - pity as the room was lovely and location fantasic

Great holiday

This was a great place to stay. The apartment was wonderful, reception staff were great, and the pool is a lovely bonus. There was also ample parking for visitors and it’s so close to Boundary St for great eats.

Athletics Training Camp

Lovely, neat and secure building. Convenient location and easy access from all mail arterials. No loud disturbances from the street or neighbours. Apartment was a little different to the advertised photos but lovely all the same. We will be returning often and will definitely return. Neil the host was faultless and James the night caretaker was an absolute cracker. Nothing was to much for him.
