Check-in easy once you find somewhere to park to collect keys. Could do with a good clean.Fantastic location for children’s hospital and Southbank.Host always replied quickly to enquiries.
Comfortable, clean and amazing location. Add reflected everything accurately. Communication with owner was prompt and clear. We will recommend to our family and friends.
Disappointments:1.Orientation of the Apartment – looking over and hearing the trains, the view on the promotion gave the expectation of a city view over the river and night lights, not a railway track and train noise 24 hours a day.2.We were two couples and on occasions we needed to go our separate ways and required two sets of keys. I did not think this was an unusual request. We were required to pay 80 to get these keys. I would have accepted a deposit for additional set. The owner now has a second set of keys at our expense.3.Additional fee for late return of keys of 50. I explained to the owner that I had to leave a day early since I got the news that my son had been diagnosed with a brain tumour and scheduled for surgery. We changed the flights and returned to Sydney with our grand daughter. This left the second couple, who had not made the booking, to clean up and sort out the keys. They did leave the apartment at 9:30am. In the confusion they did not get to return the keys until 10:30am (not one hour late!. I phoned the owner to explain the situation. For this we were charged an additional 50.4.The fridge door did not function properly and there were stains inside which we cleaned off.

The check in process of going to the other side of the city to get the key to the apartment was not mentioned at time of booking.

Booked this property for 6 people - 2 bedrooms and what we assumed would be a sofa bed. Upon arrival there was no sofa bed. On enquiry we were told there was an inflatable mattress in the cupboard. After paying an extra $100 for the extra guest, we had expected to have the bed at least set up. When we set the mattress up we were greeted with a used band aid. Unsure if the sheets on the bed were fresh as we found several hairs. We were also not accessible to the pool area. In saying this, the location of the property was superb and the communication with the host was quick. Although the cleanliness could be improved we would still stay here again for a business trip based on location. Thank you.

The apartment was in a good central spot had secure parking. It was a bit hard to find that there was a totally separate entrance for the private residence apartment to the hotel.
The apartment was ok but a bit dated and not majorly dirty but there was dirty dishes in the cupboards that we found we had to wash before using. The toilet seat in the ensuite was very loose and slid around. The dryer was not clean. The cupboard door that should have been attached to the fridge the brackets were broken which was annoying when opening or closing the doors. The bbq’s are no longer down on the pool deck which was something we were wanting to use but we were able to walk over to Southbank and it was not a huge distance to use a bbq over there just was disappointed they were in the description and had been taken out.
Overall if the owners gave the apartment a bit of attention it would be an amazing place to stay. I would stay again but would hope the issues of maintenance would be rectified.
The balcony overlooks the train station but it really was not noisy at all. When inside with the double doors shut could on slightly hear the announcements for trains but they were very quiet.

Great location, close to small shopping complex including Woolworths, Bakery, cafe and McDonalds. Near Southbank train station. Lots of options for restaurants and markets on weekend. Easy walk along river and into the city.
This was a great location, with ease to Southbank restaurants, parklands and QCH/Mater.
The entry instructions were detailed, and at first seemed a bit overwhelming, but in the end it was actually very straight forward.
Great that parking was also included.
Most of the unit was really clean, and the bits we noticed that were not clean, most people would not look at. We removed the couch cushions to create a bed on the floor for our epileptic son, and there was dirt all in the creases of the cushions. Also when we checked out, we checked under the bed for anything we might have left behind, and there were used tissues in second room, under the bed. But apart from that it was very clean.
The double glazed glass doors shut out the noise very well, but the unit could do with block out curtains.
Also there were several small stains on the carpets, the cloth chairs in dining room, and wear marks on the couch. Both bathrooms had cracks in mirrors behind the toilets. None of these are visible in the current photos. It just makes the apartment feel a little less appealing, which is a pity, given its fantastic location.

Great location but cleanliness disappointing
Perfect location and great security. Comfortable beds and good strong hot showers. BUT needed a good vacuuming and general clean. So much dust and garbage under beds and lounge. Toilet seats both broken and showers needed a clean. No coat hangers. Train station & Woolworths directly below. Walk to Southbank and so many good restaurants.
