Featuring bright interiors, cosy living spaces and all the essentials for a relaxing visit, this retreat offers easy access to cafés, parks and public transport. Ideal for couples, families or business travellers looking for convenience and comfort.

This home features two comfortable bedrooms—a luxurious king in the master and a cosy queen in the second bedroom—plus a double sofa bed in the living room. The property can accommodate up to six guests in total.

👤 Guest Verification & Security Deposit

Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:

➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $300 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).

It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding!
