Great location

The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the bus station and very close to the slopes. Very convenient for a ski trip. The cabin itself is cozy, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The house was perfect for our needs. We had 16 guys that fit in the house comfortably. The large table in the dining room was perfect for playing cards. the location was great for golf, we played Keystone and Breckenridge.

Family ski trip

This was the perfect house for our family ski trip with 19 people - adults, teens, kids and a couple of babies. The house had everything we needed and the location was great with a shuttle across the street.

Loved our stay at keystone!

The house was great for 16 of us! We loved the fireplace, the hot tub and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking big dinners for all of us! I really liked the updated bathrooms too with the rain shower heads! All in all - a trrrific place!

We really enjoyed this home. It was a perfect location and tucked back in a quiet part of Keystone for ultimate privacy. It’s situated in close proximity to a trailhead making it easy to hike or get a trail ride in.The house was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. We look forward to renting again next year!

Fine not great

Good location and really nice kitchen and bathrooms. Pool table was wobbly and run down. Yard landscaping was unkept with overgrowth. Spent most of our time after golfing here and for the price expected a bit more.

After sending your feedback to the owner, they’d like to share the following: - Thank you for your feedback. We are so happy you had the chance to spend time in our private fenced-in backyard. What makes our property more unique than other properties in Keystone is we have a backyard as most don't. - In the summertime, the backyards are full of tall grass and wildflowers, which is a beautiful look for the Rocky Mountains. We will work to include a photo of the yard in the summer so that future guests can determine if it is suitable for their needs and preferences. While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we are happy to report that no issues were reported by the guests who stayed the following weekend. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

Great Location!

This is a great house and I'd stay here again. Large house, lots of beds, kitchen worked great. We did have some issues with the TV, internet, several outlets didn't work, etc. The Management company did send people out to repair them, although the internet worked off and on throughout our stay. If you're planning to get some work done you migh have a backup plan. Hot tub was good and have the bus stop right across the street was a bonus!!

Men’s Ski trip

Property was overall enjoyable with a few disappointments. The heat could not be controlled by the thermostats in each room. Also, the dryer would not work. The fireplace was not working upon arrival but we eventually got it working. Bathrooms were great and rooms were comfortable. We had 22 men and definitely had the space maxed out. Host were quick to respond via text. Check in process was seamless.

Met Our Needs

Overall, this property was just what we needed for the most part for our group of 12 men visiting the area for winter sports. The description is accurate, though it looks much better in the pictures.The house is showing its age, and the furniture, appliances, utensils etc...are a hodgepodge; but our group didn't care much about that.The TV, spa and pool table were nice to have.I feel it necessary to mention a few disappointments.1. Two TV remote controls didn't work; they just needed batteries and that should be routine maintenance.2. The barbecue grill would not heat above 125 degrees. That ruined steak night.3. The coffee pot has a 12 cup capacity, but leaks badly if you try brewing more than 8.4. I had two unanswered inquiries to the property manager; that may be my biggest disappointmentWould I return? Probably...As I said, it met our needs.

Very poorly maintained

Fireplace didn’t work at all last 3 days; clothes dryer didn’t dry with error message that outside vent was clogged. Workman came to fix both dryer and fireplace and couldn’t fix either. No chemicals for hot tub (not disclosed in property description. We were told that a company maintained the hot tub. They never came in 6 days. Worst of all the mechanical panel behind the fireplace was in a closet in the bedroom with 6 bunk beds for kids. Bedroom was too hot to sleep even with window open. 84 degrees one morning, 78 another. And, exposed mechanical in a closet can’t possibly be legal. Front door was beat up like a SWAT team had kicked it in with poor wood around the door jam. This property was not accurately described and not acceptable. Very disappointing.

Due to the high volume of reservations and the misuse by previous guests, it can be a little difficult to keep up with smaller items that might need to be replenished in the condo. We apologize that things were not up to our typical 5-star standards. We were actively working on addressing the issues mentioned for you to be able to enjoy the rest of your stay, somethings are out of our hands and we rely on technicians and their schedule to be able to promptly address the issues for the appliances, such as the fireplace or the dryer. The hot tub is serviced and inspected before each check-in, so you should not have needed any service during your stay. This is especially challenging on short notice during the holidays. Please let us assure you that our local Field Operations Team is following up and will make sure these issues are addressed with our team. Our commitment to all our guests is to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests as evidenced in all other reviews."

Absolutely Stunning

The cabin is beautiful and spacious, hot tub clean and right next to several hiking trails which as a biologist were filled with rare and wonderful native plants. Amenities were great and while there were one or two small hiccups we were the first ever tenants so this was expected. Definitely worth a stay with a big family or ski trip!
