Great family holiday!

Thank you so much. We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and exactly what we needed. The location and access to resort amenities was excellent! There was an issue with our pool for the first part of our stay but we greatly appreciated how quickly they solved the issue. We will definitely stay here again!

Just what we needed!

This property is located in a quiet area of reunion resort which we enjoyed and appreciated, especially when relaxing by the pool there. They did a great job of appointing this property for fun and relaxation inside and out, from kitchen supplies, extra pillows and blankets, grill, several TV’s, washer/ dryer, pool towels, etc. Jeeves response time and quality of staffing were excellent with both the plug Jacuzzi and lack of heat in the pool that we had paid for. The only challenge we had was getting the pool to stay heated as the electric heater kept tripping the breaker resulting in an unheated pool. But other than that Jeeves was outstanding. We would be glad to stay there again!

Best home ever!!!

Our family of 8 enjoyed our stay at this home immensely! We use VRBO almost exclusively and this experience through Jeeves is the gold standard! Our AC until in the 2nd floor tapped out as they do from time to time and not only did an actually person in the office answer our call at 7pm, but they sent a crew right out to fix it! Will only use Jeeves properties again! Home was immaculate and being the director of a non profit, I loved that left over unopened food goes to local missions and food pantries! Can’t wait for next year!!!
