This is a lovely house with hard wood floors, well equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge area
- Great for couples who enjoy their own room, as we have 3 double/queen beds each in their own rooms. As well as the single and trundle in one room, and a double sofa sleeper in the living area.

- Just a few minutes drive to the gates of Mt Buller & Mt Stirling. It's a 20 min drive to Mt Buller village from the toll gate, or half an hour to Mansfield.
- Surrounded with expansive covered balconies with lights (including sensor lights).
- Beside quiet bushland and a small creek. Lovely views of surrounding hills. At the end of a quiet road. No through traffic. Kangaroos, deer, possums and birds visit the local streets and property. Please drive carefully.
- Highly recommended by previous guests for Summer or Winter seasonal activities or a romantic getaway at an affordable price. It has lots of those little extras that make you want to visit us again.

Why they chose this property
I chose this area because it is quiet, peaceful, green, with lots of animals and beautiful nature.
I started working at Mt Buller in 1998. I have lived elsewhere at times, but then found myself returning to this area again, and then preferred living around Merrijig/Sawmill than at Mt Buller. It's a nice community too.
I have worked in hospitality a lot, and wanted to share my love of this area, while providing excellent customer service and experiences to visitors. In return, I hope that you will have a wonderful holiday and be respectful and generous to this home and community.

What makes this property unique
This is a beautiful wooden country home, set in a quiet beautiful bushland setting, next to a small creek. Kangaroos, deer, possums and birds visit the streets and property. I love hand feeding the King Parrots that often visit.
It's very easy to visit Mt Buller or go bushwalking (including a bushwalk to a waterfall and by the Delatite River). It's a beautiful place to relax or enjoy many Highcountry activities.
This property lets me rent out one house and live in an apartment next door at times. This way we can take better care of customers and my home.
