We loved the cozy cabin we stayed in, really appreciated the water dispenser and the pet friendly walking area around the cabin. The spa bath was also so relaxing. Would definitely come back here again to stay!

April Stay
Very impressed with the cabin. The pictures online need to be updated. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with snacks and drinks. The bathroom shower was updated as well as the upstairs jacuzzi. The outside of the cabin flowerbeds were very clean and neat. We were very happy with the cabin and enjoyed our stay.
Cute cabins with all the necessary amenities that we needed for a long weekend in Fredericksburg. We'll consider staying here again when we visit next.
Good size for a couple and. couple minutes from Main St

Wisteria
Cute cabin, but I wouldn't have rented it if I knew there was construction going on. The people were nice but they played their music from daylight to dark. And sang along. The WiFi was iffy sometime it worked but most time not.The staircase is an accident waiting to happen. But thanks to the young man who works at GS for coming out to let us in as we couldn't get the lock box to open. So the answer is no I wouldn't stay there again nor recommend it to anyone else.
This was our second time this summer staying at the Wisteria cottage and it did not disappoint! Cozy, cute, and well-stocked. We are also HUGE fans of the kittens who call the garden area home — we met them as babies back and June and it was so nice to see them again. Really a perfect home base for a mother/daughter weekend.

It was very nice. Not overly done. Had a very nice stay.
Brought my mother down to Fredricksburg for her birthday weekend and we had the pleasure of staying at the Wisteria cottage. We only had one night here and we would have loved to stay longer -- we plan on booking again for our next trip. The location is a quick drive from Main Street but feels very secluded and homey. Apart from a few dead bugs in corners and under furniture, the cottage was impeccably clean. We especially appreciated the kitchen supplies and the well-stocked Keurig options. The meal vouchers are a wonderful touch!
We would recommend the Wisteria to others. So cute and porch is perfect for a drink and talk with friends. The only change is more lighting. The nook in the loft would be great for reading but on light. Unable to put make up on in loft due to lighting. And a small table next to tub to put drink and book on would be great. With that all said I would still stay again. Loved it.
Cute cabin...seems renovations were not quite finished, but still ok.
Our favorite was the bunny pillows!
Lighting needs tweaking. Dark in spots, overhead in living room so bright. Need some indirect lighting, floor lamps maybe. Just a personal preference. ;)
Loved the resident kitties!

Snug cabin
The Wisteria cabin is very snug. It was clean and included everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. It was very cold the night we were there, however. Heat did not circulate well from the upstairs heater, and the downstairs space heaters were not very efficient. It would be much easier to keep cool in summer, but heating wasn't optimum. That said, a long, hot bath in the whirlpool tub warmed us right up. I would stay there again.

Not a total disaster, but less than ideal.
First, the cabin was not secured. Several windows were unlocked, and the lock on the back door didn't function.
Second, there was a group of cats and chickens running around the garden, which we did enjoy *during the day*. Overnight, the cat in heat and the rooster kept us up every night just about all night long.
Third, all mattresses in the cabin are extra-firm, which I've never encountered in a hotel or B&B before. When the animals stopped making noise outside, we were left to very hard mattresses to try to sleep on.
Fourth and finally, there are no ADA accommodations. It's quite a distance from the parking lot to the cabin, and the walkways are not smooth.
We enjoyed the stay, the cabin was clean and very comfortable. Compared to other places around the area, great value. We would recommend to family and friends.
The property was good for us because it allowed us to bring out two small chihuahuas. The structure was older and only had a window unit for air conditioning. It was warm inside in the afternoon, but nice overnight and in the mornings.
Rental process was extremely easy! Close enough in town that walking could be done. Bakery next door was phenomenal. The beds / mattress could be update to provide a better nights rest. But overall great place.
