Deeded Ocean Access at 133, between D&E. Available year-round.

There are two (2) Queen Sofa Beds. Bed Linens & towels provided. No beach towels or hand towels.
Ten (10) Beach Badges are provided by the homeowner, for tenant use, as a courtesy. Tenant(s) will be responsible for replacement cost of any missing or lost badges.
Dogs are permitted with a refundable $300. pet deposit and $200. non-refundable pet fee. Dogs must be on a flea prevention program. Dogs only. No cats,birds, etc.
