Gated community, beautifully maintained golf course lot home, on the private/public Ironwood Country Club, in Sun Lakes, Arizona. The Ironwood Country Club pro shop, pool, and hot tub are only a short walk away. The house has a west facing patio that creates spectacular sunsets, and a great place to BBQ your meal. There are orange and lemon trees that surround the property ( time to make your fresh squeezed orange juice in the morning). This is resort style living at its best, and only 25 minutes from the Phoenix airport.
This is a single level, 2 bedroom, 2 bath home, plus a den with a futon couch. The home is 2,022 sq ft with a three car garage. The house is fully furnished, new paint inside and out, new washer and dryer, and stainless appliances that make this home look like new. The house has vaulted ceilings, and is very light and bright. Windows line the back side of the house, for great golf course views. The house has casa Blanca fans and A/C to provide a comfortable environment. The house is wonderful, but you will want to take advantage of the quite neighborhood for leisurely walks.
The Ironwood Country Club is part of the Sun Lakes Active Adult Community. If you are looking for things to do there is a pool, hot tub, golf, dining, entertainment, tennis, racket ball, and a fitness center.

Just as our previous three stays, this was also wonderful! Everything was just as described. Loved that the patio faced the west to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Joe was welcoming and accommodating.

Wonderful Experience!

Property so nice, exceeded our expectations, even after seeing photos online. Cleanliness above & beyond. We loved the location, not a lot of traffic directly in front of the house. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much! Mr. Kimm’s attention to detail was excellent, communication was prompt and all needs were met in a timely manner. This property is beautiful and in a great location! Everything you need is within a short driving distance. We especially loved the backyard view of the golf course, large shade trees and amazing sunsets. The homeowner is very responsive to inquires and provides everything you need for a great stay. What a wonderful home. Thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable, spacious property, located in the gated community of Ironwood. The kitchen was fully furnished and all appliances were top of the line. I really appreciated the tv’s in each of the bedrooms. Enjoyed the golf courses, pools, and sunsets on the patio. There were several clubhouses /restaurants within sun lakes, my favorite being Stone & Barrel in Oakwoods. The owner, Joe, was very attentive and great to deal with. Couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful stay. His home is beautiful. I’m looking forward to coming back next year!

Perfect AZ getaway

Fresh squeezed orange juice every morning and beautiful sunsets every evening with golf, fine dining and sight seeing in between. Renting this property was easy and any issues were handled immediatly. We stayed the month of Jan. 2018 and plan to rent again next year. It was a great experience in every way.

Great Home, Great Location

We spent 3 weeks at this property and wish we could have stayed longer. The house was very clean, well maintained and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The area was very quiet and a quick drive to restaurants, groceries, shopping, and major roadways. The owner was great to deal with, easy to contact, and made sure our stay was great. Would highly recommend this property, I hope to stay there again.
