Welcome to your perfect holiday home, just steps away from the beach, shops, restaurants and nightlife! This 450 sqft, well-appointed apartment is located in the heart of Belmont Shore, Long Beach. Whether you are in town for business or pleasure you are sure to appreciate the fast Wi-Fi and excellent neighborhood walkability.
Thoughtfully laid out and stylishly designed, your hosts have stocked practically anything you may need for a comfortable home away from home.
The kitchen features a cooktop and extra-large toaster oven, along with an assortment of small appliances, cooking tools and serveware. Please note that there is no oven.
The bedroom features a queen memory foam bed, blackout blinds and an Amazon Fire smart TV.
In the living room you will find a convertible sofa bed with memory foam topper, Amazon Fire TV and a wardrobe for additional storage.

Boasting a walk score of 90, practically anything you need will be within reach. There is an array of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars in just a five minute walk to the infamous 2nd Street of Belmont Shore. We are also just a few minutes walk from the beach, which has EV chargers and is dog friendly! The Belmont Pier is close by and there is a walking/bike path along the beach, if you are looking to stay active on your visit.
While there are city buses nearby, this neighborhood is most convenient by Uber or Lyft when you would prefer not to drive.
Pet Policy:
We will welcome one dog under 30 lbs on a case by case basis. We do not allow any other pets. Please contact us prior to booking with your dog's breed, a bit of background on them, and let us know if you agree to the following pet rules:
We charge a $75 pet fee to cover cleaning. This should be included on your original reservation automatically if you have added your pet. If not, we can invoice you directly.
Your dog must be fully housebroken and over 1 year old.
Your dog must be on a current flea medication regimen, fleas are very common in southern California.
Do not leave your dog unattended at any time. If you leave the apartment the dog must go with you. If you go to bed they must be crated. We do provide a crate so you do not need to travel with one.
Your dog must be kept on a leash when outside and pick up after your dog. We do provide a leash and dog waste bags if you need them. Do NOT allow your dog to go on the patch of fake grass.
If barking becomes an issue, I may have to ask you to shorten your stay.
Dogs are not allowed on the furniture (sofa, bed, etc.)
Please be advised that we ask all guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. Similar to hotel requirements, we ask that guests provide a copy of their government Issued ID and matching selfie. You will be given the option to either purchase a damage waiver at a non-refundable rate of $35 per stay, or provide a fully-refundable $500 security deposit. Please note that there is a non-refundable processing fee of $2 with the security deposit option. These measures are used to prevent fraudulent reservations, for identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL.
Since this is an apartment, we are surrounded by neighbors. Please be respectful of their homes and keep the noise level low.
Absolutely no parties, events or gatherings without the host's prior consent. No more than 4 people are allowed inside the unit at any time. We charge $100 per person, per booked night for any additional guest that is not included on the reservation.
Exterior cameras are monitored to ensure accurate guest counts.
Please treat our place kindly and clean up after yourself. We do ask that you remove your shoes and try to keep the space in similar condition to which you found it. Our cleaning fees are based on the expectation that guests do some general tidying up before their departure. In the event that the housekeeper discovers an unreasonable mess, an excess cleaning fee in the amount of $150 will be charged to the guest.
Our cleaners are very busy with multiple turnovers each day. We will charge $20 for each 20 minutes, to our guests that checkout late without prior approval.
For reservations longer than 14 days, one mid-stay cleaning is required for every two weeks of your reservation. We will send you a separate request for payment of the additional cleaning fee(s) after your reservation has been made. This will be invoiced at the same rate as the cleaning fee associated with your reservation. If you prefer a specific date or time, we will do our best to accommodate you based around our cleaning schedule.
Upon checking out, please place used towels, and bathmats in the laundry basket located inside the bedroom. Please wash your dishes and put your trash in the bin. Turn off the air conditioner, heater, ceiling fans and inside lights.
Please be mindful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Please use grey washcloths to remove makeup and white washcloths for bleaching products. Unsalvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest.
No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes allowed on the property (either indoors or the patio). Please feel free to partake in these activities on the sidewalk off of the property.
No open flames or candles are allowed on the property at any time.
Accidents happen. If you do happen to stain or break something during your stay, please notify us immediately. We almost always have guests checking in and out on the same day. By notifying us in advance of any damages, we will be able to make sure the home is in proper order for the following guest.
Quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am. However, regardless of the time, please keep noise to a minimum and be respectful of our neighbors.
Sometimes unexpected events can interrupt travel plans, especially during these uncertain times. We strongly recommend purchasing CFAR travel insurance to cover your expenses in the event that you must cancel your reservation.

By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise and agree to the following statement:
I FURTHER AGREE to INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS the releasees against all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney’s fees and any related costs.
I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE that Releasees are not responsible for errors, omissions, acts or failures to act of any party or entity involving this Activity on behalf of the Releasees. If I should require medical care or treatment, I authorize Hiplandia LLC and affiliates to provide all emergency medical care deemed necessary, including, but not limited to, first aid, CPR, use of an AED, emergency transport, and sharing of medical information with emergency personnel. I further agree to assume all costs involved and agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment. I am aware and understand that I should carry my own health insurance.
The laundry room is located next to the gate at the back of the building. Please use door code: 1567 to enter. You will either need quarters or to download the PAYRANGE app to your smartphone.
To use the bicycles, please contact the host to sign a release form. Upon receipt we will give you access to the bike lock keys.
I hereby acknowledge that I have carefully read this “waiver and release” and fully understand that it is a release of liability. I expressly agree to release and discharge Hiplandia LLC and affiliates and their Releasees from all claims or causes of action and I agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right to bring a legal action against Hiplandia LLC and affiliates for personal injury or property damage. To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit releases for ordinary negligence, this release is also for such negligence on the part of Hiplandia LLC, affiliates and Releasees.
I agree that this Release shall be governed for all purposes by California law, without regard to any conflict of law principles. This Release supersedes all previous oral or written promises or other agreements.
