Everything was as advertised and made a wonderful trip

Karen was a delightful host. The process was simple, instructions at the home were thoughful and clear, and the home was really clean and roomy. We t was perfect for our couples (4 total people) retreat to Scottsdale. We took advantage of walking to Old Scottsdale daily. Karen clearly cares about her guests experience and we would stay here again!

Little Vacation

The home was nice, and the bed was very comfortable. Our trip was short so we didnt get to take full advantage of all the amenities, but it was a nice place to lay pur heads.

Lovely home just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale

Very comfortable and quiet, this home was the perfect spot for site-seeing and dining during our recent 6-day stay in Scottsdale, as we were never very far away from anything we wanted to see.

Very good 2 bedroom ranch with nice patio and new kitchen.

Very helpful host with good communication. Quiet residential neighborhood a few blocks from Scottsdale Rd with restaurants etc. Short drive to downtown Old Scottsdale. Centrally located. It suited 3 adults staying for 3 weeks very well.

Originally from Michigan, I settled in Scottsdale/Phoenix in 2002 after having lived in many states. I miss the changing seasons but love the outdoor lifestyle living in a warm climate permits. I love spending time with family and friends and traveling is my passion.

Why they chose this property

This home is recently remodeled, clean, spacious and close to Historic Scottsdale. One gets to feel "at home" while on vacation. I purchased this property because of its great location, quiet street, and private backyard. There is a hammock, BBQ grill and corn hole in the back yard and ping pong, darts and bikes.. You don't have to go out to have a good time here!
