Welcome to Chad’s Cove – the ideal all-season getaway. This newly furnished luxurious five-bedroom house is situated in Carrying Place – the Bay of Quinte. It is the perfect spot for family and friends to relax and unwind. The house offers a family room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and an entertainment basement with a bar.
Our property is close to numerous vineyards and golf courses, as well as North Beach Provincial Park, Presqu'ile Provincial Park ,and Sandbanks beach.

To make packing easier, we provide soap, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and washing machine pods, BBQ propane, and toilet papers.

Very comfortable, well laid out, and equipped. The location is also excellent!

The house is in a great location, just 10 minutes by car from Walmart and 45 minutes from Sandbanks National Park. My family and friends spent 5 wonderful days here, enjoying all the comforts. The host was quick to respond to any questions and very kind. I highly recommend this property.

Overall very good stay, house was as shown or represented on the web. Communication with property manager was excellent. Cleanliness can be improved (ceiling corners), and we did reach out regarding issue with ants in kitchen. The ants were very small but numerous in volume. We also found them inside sealed bag of bread and other closed packaging with food items.

Easter Week with family

Great property. Spacious, great condition, well stocked with all the necessities, nicely decorated. The game room in the basement provided entertainment for everyone. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located near Trenton, Belleville and Prince Edward County. We would definitely stay here again for a return visit!

Northbeach get a way

Everything was perfect, exept the beding, one of the twins bed didn’t have bedding, and the bed in the cough either. Exept that, everything was great! Very very clean!

The property is nice, it was clean and had the things you needed for a weekend away. The only issue I had was a glitch in VRBO that said there was a hot tub in the property, when there was not. However, the host was very responsive in dealing with the issue. The host was also responsive before the stay when I had questions prior to the stay when we had questions about the property. Friends and I were in the area to visit some vineyards and the area has lots of options within a 20 minute drive

Very clean and entertaining friendly!

From the start communication was great. Suve is a great host! Celebrated new years with family that live in two different provinces. Met half way. The stay was very clean, the rules were simple to follow and checking out was easy. Basement had tons of stuff to do with the kids. The house is large enough to accommodate us all comfortably. Also went for a walk in the neighborhood. Saw a large egert bird fly by in the backyard. Very close to shopping. Kitchen large enough to entertain. Wet bar downstairs was convenient. Linens and towels clean, showers were beautifull. All in all great stay and would return for another stay! Many thanks to our host!
