Perfect layout for two couples

Check in was simple. Place was spotless. Large eat in kitchen. Very well equipped. Private deck in the back was a great place to hang in the evening. Nice{clean} gas grill . Very comfortable beds. I'd definitely stay again.

Cape Cod Visit

We were in town for my son's wedding in Plymouth. Didn't want to stay in a hotel and the house was perfect for our needs. Very quiet and peaceful on the back deck. Beds were very comfortable, and the house had everything we could have needed. Met the owner doing some gardening, who was very friendly and welcoming. When we are back in the area again, we will definitely check the availability.

Graduation gift

Kim was a wonderful host, always anticipating our needs and answering questions quickly. The only reason I didn’t rate all items a 5 is that nowhere in the listing did it state that the only access was by either of 2 sets of stairs. It wasn’t a problem for us but could be for someone with limited mobility. That being said the back porch of this charming Cape Cod cottage is an amazing oasis after a day of sightseeing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Awesome!!

This was a wonderful place to stay for our family. Kim was incredibly helpful, responsive and kind. She gave us suggestions to local beaches and attractions, and was helpful all around. The property is beautiful - the kitchen was spacious and it was great having a kitchen table to eat family meals, plus the dishwasher was a major help for clean up! It was great not to have to bring pots, pans, etc. because the kitchen is fully stocked. The back porch is so serene, we felt like we were in a treehouse looking out amongst all of the trees. The home was clean, and had plenty of space for 4 people. The master bed was very comfortable, and it was so nice to have extra towels and a washer/dryer for a beach vacation! We feel this home is a wonderful choice if you are looking for a nice place to stay on Cape Cod.

My wife and I stayed here for a week in Oct 2022. Check in was easy and Kim was available for questions we had. The property was clean and welcoming. We didn’t need two rooms but I could imagine it would be an affordable and quiet place to stay for a small family or two couples. We enjoyed having a washer and full kitchen for our stay!

Cape Cod Convenience

The property was spotless and comfortable. The back porch is so peaceful - like being in a tree house. We chose the location because we had tours booked in Newport RI, Martha’s Vineyard, and Provincetown. It was centrally located for these tours. It turned out to be an excellent location choice.

Everything was just as advertised on VRBO. Kim was very prompt in response to any questions we had. We had a pleasant stay. My only suggestion would be to have a few more wash cloths.
