Delight yourself in this superb, wonderful luxury property located on a fantastic island of Angra dos Reis with its own private beach.

This fabulous property is less than 1km from the nearest marina and boasts beautiful views of the coast and the open sea.

Enjoy the three different environments: the first one consisting of the magnificent charming living and dining room and the complete kitchen, which is separated from the gourmet barbecue by a glass wall. This area are includes the first 5 suites on the property.

In the upper area is the leisure area with stereo, TV and dining table and the barbecue area with a pizza oven. There is also an area dedicated to hosting events, with DJ equipment and lighting for parties.

The attached house has 3 bedrooms and 1 suite and 2 more bedrooms that share a bathroom.

In the fully grassed outdoor area, you can stroll around the entire property and enjoy the exclusive amenities it offers. Cool off while enjoying the beautiful view from the outstanding infinity pool that sits on an elevated level above the house's ocean deck.

Further on is the deck for helicopter landings and take-offs to reach the island.

In another separate area is the gym with views of the sea and sauna.

CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED , TO BE PAID SEPARATELY.
Housekeeper: 150 to 200 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, he/she assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, can also do shopping in the supermarket, when necessary.
Maid: 150 to 200 BRL per day. Keeps the house always clean and organized, does general maid service.
Cook (optional): 200 to 300 BRL per day. Prepares meals.
