Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3%* charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Otherwise, a refund will not be processed. *3% charge only applies if Stay NWA is responsible for payment collection.

Good location
Very nice to have a garage to keep our bikes in. This will now be on our checklist. Nice location. Easy walk/bike ride to restaurants etc. The set up was very nice. Good stay.

Beautiful townhouse
Excellent place other than the ceiling fans on high speed weren’t really high speed, more like super low speed. Other than that, the place was in a convenient area to ride bikes wherever we needed to go.

Good location to restaurants, farmers market & trails. The duplex was clean with nice amenities The blinds in the bedrooms were sheer & let in the bright street lights. But overall a nice stay
